Millets are rich in fiber which makes them one of the best choices in diabetes. The high fiber helps to manage it by reducing the blood sugar spike.

There are a variety of millets available in the market like pearl, foxtail. finger, jowar, and kodo millet. You can choose them to eat on alternative days.
