3. Food to avoid:
Food plays the leading role in maintaining our health. Eating healthy food helps us to prevent various diseases. On the contrary, indulging in unhealthy food items leads to countless diseases. So, be wise to choose your food and prevent yourself from various ailments.
If you have started developing white patches on your skin or you are suffering from vitiligo, you must avoid excessive intake of salty, sour, and spicy food
Also, Ayurveda recommends not to eat incompatible food items like eating sour fruits with milk, ghee with honey in equal quantity, or fish with curd.
4. Bakuchi oil application:
Bakuchi is an herbal plant that helps to rejuvenate the skin. It is used in various skin conditions because it acts as a rakta shodhaka (blood purifier). Its seed oil is useful to tone the color of the skin. But, it is always better to apply it under the proper guidance of an Ayurvedic physician.
