Overindulgence of gadgets
Using electronics till late at night suppresses melatonin production, a hormone responsible for making you sleep. Keeping yourself engaged in negative posts on any social media platform, especially before sleeping at night or just after waking up in the morning, can make you feel negative and unhappy. As a result, you will feel sad, anxious, and it could lead to sleeplessness. So, try to bring a change in yourself and stop using any digital device at least one hour before going to bed and one hour after waking up in the morning. For this, disconnect yourself from the digital world and reconnect with yourself.
Overindulgence with electronic devices is the primary cause of weak concentration, sleeplessness at night, headache, anxiety, etc. Stop spending your time with digital devices and spend some time with your family, garden, kitchen, reading, or any other activity like singing, meditation, playing an instrument, or whatever you love to do.
To practice digital detox, first, make your bedroom a technology-free zone and then set a reminder not to use any electronic device in the morning and evening every day. Doing so will help you deal with your addiction to phones, television, or other digital devices.
