1. Hot fomentation
Hot fomentation is helpful for neck pain due to bad posture. It improves the flow of oxygen in the affected area. Therefore, applying hot fomentation on the affected area reduces the neck pain.
How to use it?
Apply a heating pad on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes two or three times a day.
If you are using a rubber bottle, keep a cotton cloth covered around it.
2. Abhyanga (massage)
According to Ayurveda, to live a healthy life, one should practice abhyanga every day. It improves blood circulation and also cures pain. Above all, it keeps you healthy overall.

5. Sleeping posture:
Make sure you sleep in a comfortable position at night. The best is to sleep on your back or your side. Another important factor is the pillow. Use a thin microfiber pillow. It will support the curvature of the neck and promote better alignment. As a result, you will wake up fresh with no neck pain.
